Yeoju Resilient AI Energy Campus

A 40MW-class reference project in Yeoju (Seoul metropolitan area) integrating an AI data center with distributed energy — fuel-cell-centered on-site generation designed for resilience with grid interface. The project is in the development stage; all figures are planning baselines.

40MW-class is a public project-scale designation; detailed breakdowns of IT load, facility load and equipment capacity are provided under NDA. Detailed architecture is trade-secret and available in the data room after mutual NDA.

Expansion — Phase 2

Phase 2 Concept — 200MW-class AI Energy Campus

Applying the same integrated land–power–distributed-energy methodology being validated in the 40MW-class reference project, CAYNMARS is planning a Phase 2 campus of 200MW-class scale: multiple 40MW-class AI clusters served by shared energy infrastructure — fuel-cell-centered on-site generation, energy storage, and a reserved district for future hydrogen and carbon management. Phase 2 is at concept stage and does not constitute a confirmed business plan; it will be firmed up based on Phase 1 validation.
