CAYNMARS Co., Ltd. is an AI energy infrastructure developer and orchestrator founded in 2020. We integrate land, power, distributed energy, permitting, technology and capital to convert AI data center and energy infrastructure opportunities into investable, executable structures. The CEO is Heehyun Chae and the company was founded in 2020. The CEO has 21+ years of experience in institutional real asset transactions and development, with approximately KRW 1.3 trillion of cumulative transaction experience (including transactions executed at prior firms before the company's founding).
Prior-role experience of the CEO includes advisory on a Seoul CBD landmark office (approx. KRW 460bn) and a western Seoul large financial center (approx. KRW 300bn). Corporate projects include the Icheon Jakchon-ri logistics center completed across the full development cycle (2021–2024) and the Mokri logistics center in execution. Project Nexus (Yeoju Resilient AI Energy Campus) is a reference project in Yeoju, Gyeonggi integrating a 40MW-class AI data center with distributed energy centred on hydrogen fuel cells. It is at development stage — site rights and local resident consent secured, concept design in progress, generation licensing in preparation, and technical review being pursued with specialist institutions. Target commercial operation is around 2030. A 200MW-class Phase 2 campus is at concept stage.
As developer and orchestrator, CAYNMARS directly performs site control, permitting, business structuring, investment and financing, and collaborates with specialist partners for design, EPC, operations and equipment. Core technical validation for generation and grid is conducted with specialist institutions.
New transmission lines take four to eight years in advanced economies (IEA), gas turbine order slots at the major OEMs extend beyond 2029–30, and SMRs are expected to commercialise in the 2030s. Fuel cells can be deployed in roughly one to two years using existing gas infrastructure. Blue Energy is CAYNMARS' own name for a verification-based low-carbon AI power framework (not an official certification term). It comprises high-efficiency fuel cells, a CCUS application pathway, a low-carbon hydrogen pathway, lifecycle MRV, and a blue-to-green transition. We use carbon-neutral claims only after third-party verification of operating data.
