AI ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPER & ORCHESTRATOR

CAYNMARS

Always-on energy infrastructure for low-carbon AI.

CAYNMARS is a Korean AI energy infrastructure company founded in 2020. Built on execution earned in real estate planning, advisory and development, it now designs the power AI data centres run on and builds the operating software in-house — carrying a project from origination through structuring, permitting and financing to construction and operation.

What We Do

From complex infrastructure opportunities to investable projects

AI Data Centres

Site control, permitting, development management and deal structuring

Distributed Energy

Fuel-cell-centred on-site power — business structure and generation licensing

Low-Carbon Infrastructure

Carbon strategy and MRV framework design

Investment & Advisory

Deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation and closing

Why Us

Three roles, joined inside one company

We develop the AI data centre and its on-site distributed energy as a single business, and we build the software that operates that power in-house. Ordinarily three separate companies divide this work.

Energy companies

Generate the power — but do not develop the data centre business itself.

Data centre developers

Build the facility — but do not design the power source themselves.

Software companies

Build control systems — but do not handle site, permitting or financing.

CAYNMARS

Origination, permitting, financing, construction management and the operating software are carried inside one company. The foundation is execution earned in real estate development, where the full cycle from origination to completion was delivered; taking on the fifth stage, operation, is what CAYNMARS is today.

On our own research, no directly comparable domestic case has been identified of a company developing in-house integrated control software for fuel cells, ESS, grid intake and standby generation at an AI data centre. This reflects the scope of our research; we do not state it as an absolute.

Software

Software is what runs the power

Choosing to generate power on site rather than wait for it means taking on everything the grid used to handle — at what cost it is produced and at what quality it is delivered. CAYNMARS NEO OS is the software we built to carry that.

An OS that designs the power system for an AI data centre, proves the design is right, carries it through permitting, and connects the result to returns and financials.
