Required — company name, name and title, email, partnership track, inquiry content, consent record. Optional — phone number.
Retained for three months after the inquiry is closed, then destroyed. Records are deleted without delay upon request.
Inquiry form submissions are received through Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States), our website hosting provider, and stored on its servers. Email is received through Google Workspace (Google LLC, United States). Items transferred are those listed in section 2; the purpose is inquiry receipt and response; retention follows section 3.
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time via contact@caynmars.com. You may decline consent, in which case the form cannot be submitted; you may still contact us directly by email.
HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, minimisation of collected items, access control, and retention of consent records.
