Roles and economics across holding, asset, operating and partner entities are split at the start. Left late, they become disputes.
Operations are our problem too
We do not develop and hand over. That is why we build the software the plant will actually run on.

Twenty-one years — originating, planning, project-managing and advising on deals at an accounting firm; buying and selling large assets for institutional investors; and building a logistics centre through to completion. Permits stalled and financing wobbled more than once, and each time the project was carried through. That execution record now goes into AI data centres and distributed energy.
On top of that, CAYNMARS NEO OS™ — software that brings power control, quality management, monitoring, VPP, settlement, financial-model analysis and carbon-footprint tracking into one layer — was built in-house and is heading into demonstration.
Timeline
We do not hide the transition. The company began in real estate planning, advisory and development, then met the problem that stops everything — no power. So power came first. Today the software that runs that power is built in-house as well, and origination through to operation stays inside one company.
All four are full-time
The first thing anyone checks in an early-stage company is whether the leadership holds other commitments. All four of ours are dedicated to this business alone.
Specialist domains — power system studies, carbon accounting methodology, certification — are covered through external institutions. The core judgement stays in-house.
