Origination through operation, inside one company

When finding a project, building it and running it sit in three different companies, accountability sits nowhere. CAYNMARS carries all five stages itself.

    Building the business structure and carrying it through permitting.

  3. 03Finance

    Shaping it into an investable form and closing the financing.

    Managing construction directly — already completed once on a logistics centre.

  5. 05Operate

    The software that runs the power after completion, built in-house: CAYNMARS NEO OS.

The first four stages were completed in real estate development. Taking on the fifth is what CAYNMARS is today.

The work that matters begins at completion

Erecting a plant and running a data centre on it around the clock are different problems. What to dispatch and when, whether the contracted power was actually delivered, how low-carbon it was — CAYNMARS NEO OS is the software we built for exactly that.

Blue Energy

Carbon neutrality, stated only once verified

High-efficiency fuel cells supply low-carbon power today, with a staged path toward clean hydrogen. But we use the term "carbon neutral" only after third-party verification. Until then it is stated as a target.
